We had to make a Beverich to fix also this problem.Bert pe2ky, Marco pe2mc) Update 1: This year will be different with operations on the Cqww SSB. For anyone who has somehow stumbled upon this blog and is wondering what "K2DBK" means, it's my amateur (ham) radio callsign.
See the first post for information about why I started this, what ham radio is, and how to get involved, if you're interested. Also a first time use of N1MM with MMTTY, which worked prefectly.About 1 hour before i started to prepare N1MM and MMTTY for the first time, prepared the macros and then went for lunch starting the contest 1 hour after its start. Radio: Icom IC-706 mk2(G), running 50 watts, Antennas: G5RV LDG AT-100Pro Auto ATU, Contest Program: N1MM Logger V8.8.1, Modem: Homebrew 'Isolated Type' soundcard interface, Spotting Nets: None Used. Bands were as good as can be expected with a SF of 67, etc.Nothing heard on 15, not even CW or SSB when listened. 40 was noisy although it did quiet down several hours before the end of the Contest.
20 was good with a nice opening to the Far East from the East Coast of USA at the begining of the Contest. 80 was noisy as a front was passing through at the mid point of the Contest.
Kyle WA4PGM is going to see what’s wrong or not ok in the log.
